At Sylmar Leadership School, we are a Leader In Me School and we practice, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." My middle school students chose to be in this class to help build on their leadership qualities. What better book than, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" to help foster their leadership skills with examples that pertain to their age group. This book will greatly affect how I teach the first semester of my Leadership Class so that when we do return to school, my students will have gained first hand knowledge on how to lead at school, in their communities and from within.
