My students love to learn and it is always a pleasure to watch them grow throughout their time in this public school program. I have enjoyed working with this age group for more than 30 years but this year will challenge us all in new ways. I truly feel that it is more important than ever to have them outside as much as possible. The children will use the cushions to sit in the fresh air while we read books, sing songs, practice counting and learn letters and numbers. We will take movement breaks chasing bubbles and playing catch. The children will be kept safe by having the staff wear clean aprons for each session to keep the germs at bay.
