I work with first grade students in a low-income district that do not have access to the tools necessary to be successful while working at home during this pandemic. All the provided tools will be utilized by my students to ensure their success. My goal is to ensure my students have an equal opportunity to learn and these necessities will help out tremendously. I want to supply each student with a kit filled with all the supplies that will be needed during our daily learning and activities. In this kit I have included whiteboards, dice, pencil grips and other basic supplies. These materials will allow for equity among my students, help increase engagement, and aid parents as they work to support their children from home.
