Since science requires students to work in a lab setting I do fear the lab will be restricted this year. I am trying to prepare my classroom and students for a possible “in desk” or “at home” lab experience. Although a hands on experience is the best practice in the science classroom, this year we may have to make adjustments and I feel these resources will help me to make that transition as smooth as possible. Computer simulations are possible replacements for labs. If students will be in desks more of the class period, they will need devices to help them with that down time.
