I will be using the Kindles to allow my Kinders to play simple alphabet and counting games in our classroom centers. They will also be used to help my students become familiar with computer use. Often times, my students do not have access to technology in my class. The Kindles are user friendly and an engaging way my students can be learning their main objectives. All students should be given access to technology in school. They will need these skills when moving on to the higher grades. The Kindles will allow my students to learn these skills, while also focusing on the needed Kinder objectives of learning their letters and numbers.
