My goal is to build a classroom community focused on shared relationships, collaboration and a love of learning. Each day begins with a morning meeting and message, focused on engaging students in academics while building their relationships and sharing our knowledge. This easel is mobile, allowing all students access to materials presented and gives them a chance to partake in our lessons - whether shared reading, math or writing. This project will have an impact on our classroom community and allow all students to participate in actively in our daily lessons. Over time, they will be able to pass the marker around and take charge of their learning! By using this easel, students will be able to see, participate and engage in their own learning in a fun and inviting community space.
