These Math Toolkits will allow my students access to their own materials so that the spread of germs is cut down within the classroom. They will have all the manipulatives they need to succeed in their math lessons at their fingertips, which will also cut down on instructional time lost. Due to the threat of school closures without warning, these toolkits will provide an easy way for students to carry with them the tools that they need between school and home, providing access to their tools needed for learning, even during remote learning. This element is critical for this school year, as the lesson learned from this Spring was that we must be prepared for anything and flexible enough to adapt to a variety of situations. This year, I want my students and parents to never worry about having the tools they need to support learning at home.
