All materials are to help students with excess energy and anxiety. Especially now with the guidelines and limitations for COVID-19, movement during the day will help with learning. Movement helps refocus the brain and stimulate new learning. This year with limited classroom space and recess time will result in less times for movement. Hopefully these tools will assist with that. As students are engaged in listening or completing seatwork activities they will be able to move their feet or wiggle their bodies without a distraction to themselves others around them.
