This certification will help me in many ways. It will give me more ideas and training on how to be the best teacher I can be. I will also be able to review myself and see where I need to make changes on how to help my students. I will be working continuously over the next year and through the struggles of Covid-19, doing case studies on my students, recording myself to see where I can improve and also to catch anything needed by my students, studying the standards, and creating new learning plans based on my students' needs. I know this year will be different, but I am determined to better myself as a teacher so that I can give my students the best year through all the uncertainty. I want to help my students, my school, and my students to excell, and I appreciate your help in meeting my goal.
