Last school year ended abruptly due to the COVID Pandemic and that stopped any fundraising possibilities for my program. It's time to order supplies for the Art program. We have been advised to prepare for virtual as well as in-person learning. This year, students will need individual sets of supplies so they can remain germ-free in class. If we go virtual, a lot of these students will not have accessibility to these art materials if I can't supply them. Each kit would include a variety of pencils, erasers, oil pastels, a watercolor set, crayons, colored pencils and other various supplies. These supply kits will be essential in providing meaningful and engaging learning opportunities. I want these kids to have as normal a year as possible, whether we are in class or virtual. I want them to have the chance to work with mediums they have never tried or used before. I am hoping to spark a continued love and passion for the visual arts in my students.
