These materials will help my students get exposed to large picture books to understand storytelling and the components of it. Through this, students will be exposed to picture walks, colorful and vivid illustrations and understand how the illustration may add to the story as a whole. These books are the perfect way for students to not only be exposed to appropriate books for a K-1st reading level, but also to allow students the opportunity to read multi-cultural books, books about emotion, books about family scenarios, etc. All this while allowing my students to dive deeper into literacy at such a young age!

About my class
