Agriculture is more than plows and sows and farmers. Agriculture is the number 1 industry in the United States. As we begin to get back in the classroom, it is my goal to create as many projects for students as possible. As of now, students are 1-to-1, and I'm sure they are tired of the screen. It's my goal to get them back outside and using their hands. By doing that, students will need various materials as requested. Also, students love floriculture and as their teacher, I want to tap into their passion. In the first couple week, I would like my students to see the various careers in agriculture. Therefore, the items requested are used to enhance the development of students in the agriculture realm. In addition, before we can begin going into the greenhouse, students will build a desktop greenhouse as they are exposed to greenhouse management/safety rules. It will also give them an opportunity to be extensively creative as the school year begins. My students will be able to utilize ALL of the resources requested and sincerely appreciate any form of generous donations.
