I teach at a school in Illinois and my students come from diverse backgrounds. We are a charter school and much of our funding is limited. Many of my students come from difficult home lives and school is a very positive place for them. I feel blessed to have been given such a wonderful and eager group of students this year. A new classroom rug would benefit not only my current students, but future students as well.
