With Covid-19 children can’t share instruments. If each child has their own instrument, it will enable me to teach while not having to take time out of the class to disinfect them. Xylophones are by far the favorite instrument among Kindergarteners and first graders. The children are always excited when it is their turn to play. Since the children will not be allowed to socialize per CDC guidelines, enabling them all to play at the same time will make them feel like they are, once again, part of a close knit group.
