COVID 19 has brought many challenges to the education world. One of the biggest in the world of Pre-K has been the idea of social distancing. I want to teach all of my students in person, while social distancing and staying safe in our school building. The use of yoga mats will help us to maintain social distance, and allow students to learn in a way that is still developmentally appropriate for Pre-K aged kids. Yoga mats are easy to clean and allow for a vast array of movements and activities that are required in a Pre-K classroom.
