We will soon be actively engaging in online platforms and learning new things. My students will be participating in lessons that I teach online throughout each school day. We will be learning new material, revisiting already learned material while engaging with our classmates. In addition, I will be able to record my lessons from home for students to view at a later time due to time constraints or other life challenges. My students struggle with attending and learning to learn behaviors that recording lessons will be extremely beneficial for not only the student, but the families. I am super hopeful that this technology will enhance student engagement, participation and extend the families' willingness to try new learning from a distance!
