Students need to have a variety of sensory strategies to be able to maintain their optimal functioning level in the classroom or during online learning. In these crazy days, our child have a lot of excess energy due to stressors both at home and in school. Giving them proper tools to use to be able to self regulate is a life skill. Not one type of activity or strategy fits all, therefore, having a variety to choose allows the student to explore what matches there specific sensory and fine motor needs.
