The use of fine-motor manipulatives are a must in our classroom. Students learn best through hands-on engaging learning activities. This year, I plan on having individual binders with math and literacy manipulatives for every student. These binders will allow for onsite or offsite instruction as needed. My project will allow daily learning activities of counting, phonics and phonemic awareness to continue, minus the worries of sanitation. My students need to be kids and be allowed to use their own materials freely without worry. We are ONE team in my classroom and want this school year to be the very best yet!
