Unfortunately our school does not currently have a stocked central library. The books available to our students come mostly from individual teachers' classroom libraries. These reading series will provide desperately needed, updated, meaningful, and relatable novel studies for my middle school students. The books will be used for whole-class novel studies where students will explore important literary elements such as theme, setting, characterization, plot, narrative perspective, symbolism, and style. In addition, these works will provide students with more current books that they will find more interesting and personally relatable. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
