For the past 5 months, my students and I climbed a steep learning curve together. We used devices provided by our school, but I realized quickly that in order to be effective and engaging, I needed a laptop that allowed me to access all the apps and tools that are available for distance teaching. Sadly, my current device is not able to handle the task. One example is that I can't use the annotation tools on Zoom. A new Macbook Pro will allow me to use the platforms and tools that are needed to provide a rigorous education for my students. We are looking forward to interactive lessons using the whiteboard. We want to see videos related to our learning and take virtual field trips . We need reliable and up to date technology. Thank you for your support!
