My device will allow me to access digital assignments and upload them to Canvas for virtual learning from home. Often my personal laptop I use at home is not fast enough to do the things I need it to do when proving assignments or content for my class. This touchscreen Chromebook is extremely useful in providing accurate assessments to my Kindergarteners. Regular computers can not progress monitor fast enough using a mouse. A touch screen is required! I have to borrow a student's touchscreen Chromebook in order to progress monitor. This is not easy, because if all my students are working on their Chromebook, I do not have one to progress monitor with. While my students are engaged with technology is the prime time for me to assess, so it would greatly benefit the students if I had my own personal touchscreen, instead of borrowing students every time.
