When I was a little girl, my parents found a homemade dollhouse in the basement of our new house. The previous owner had built it for his children from leftover material from a renovation. I recently brought that same dollhouse into my classroom as my parents were cleaning out and preparing to downsize. Last year, my students *loved* their dollhouse! But the furniture and the people are now over 30 years old, and they are falling apart. Please help me buy new furniture and people for our dollhouse! Imaginative play will help my students practice their social skills and test out new concepts. Additionally, having dolls that accurately represent my diverse student population will help them feel welcomed and comfortable in their own skin.
