While I have gathered books from generous donors and out of my own pocket, I am still in need of more books in order to meet the needs of all leveled readers. This classroom library includes a wide variety of books that span a significant range of difficulty. Having these books available to students in the classroom will aid in the increase of reading and exposure to a range topics, genres, and perspectives. "To spark children's interest and enthusiasm about reading, books must catch children's attention, captivate their imaginations, and make them want to return to their pages again and again."

About my class
