The students learn to work as a team to create an account of history for the school year. The yearbook will be viewed for many to years to come. The students must learn the software program that creates the yearbook. Once they have mastered that, the actual work begins. They are now tasked with capturing the moment of each activity that occurs at our school. Not only must they capture it, they must then put it together in a fashion that is pleasing to the eye. No favoritism, a lesson well worth learning. Each student signs an agreement at the beginning of the year stating they will include all students in the yearbook. This guideline is set in place to ensure that all students are in the book at least 3 times. The ability to get good, crisp photos is the key to having a great yearbook.
