My students may read for pleasure in any free moment. A classroom library fosters a love of learning and reading! DonorsChoose.org can help my classroom library stay full of new up-to-date books and to replenish some of my well loved book sets. Magic Tree House books are great because they include multiple reading levels, are entertaining, and are good for taking AR tests. Students may read for pleasure after completing classwork. Good readers make all subjects in the classroom more pleasurable for everyone! Headphones are a must in any classroom. Every student in my classroom has a Chromebook. Earbuds break so easily, so I like to have headphones on hand that students may borrow. I love TIME for Kids. They are great nonfiction magazines that the children enjoy weekly. It builds a love of nonfiction while keeping the students knowledgeable on current topics.
