The books that I'm asking for will allow our school to share stories and experiences from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds in grades Pre-K to Grade 5. I'd like every student in our school to see themselves represented in our classroom libraries. In addition, our students will be able to learn about other children's experiences who are vastly different from their own. The variety of multicultural books I'm seeking will help our students build understanding, compassion, empathy, and respect for others. Your donation will help us open the minds and hearts of our students.
