The books that I have selected cover topics of equality, diversity, and social and emotional learning. These books are at different levels for teachers of all grades to check out and use in their classrooms at our school. Duplicates are requested in order to give teachers the opportunity to check out the same book as a peer. Titles in sets will be used to foster a community through classroom book clubs. All books will be utilized as aids in open discussions, enhance learning, and deepen students' understanding of the impact they make between each other and the world around them.
