My school district has already confirmed that the 20-21 school year will begin virtually. Virtual learning comes with its strengths and its challenges, and educators need to adapt in order for our students to succeed. This project aims to provide my students with the best distance learning experience possible. The time I spent teaching remotely this spring in summer has shown me that one of the biggest obstacles to student success is ensuring each student has access to quality resources. This project will help me provide each student with a set of school supplies including pencils, pens, a dry erase cover, and a notebook. It will also go towards materials that will help me improve my online instruction. In schools and at home, students need the right materials for the greatest chance at success. These materials will go a long way in ensuring my students have what they need to learn math at home.
