Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. These seating options will allow students to wobble, rock, bounce, lean, or stand, which will increase their oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow, and core strength. These wonderful seating options will help keep the young minds more alert and focused. Each day my first graders will get to chose a seat that they enjoy and that best allows them to learn. Every student learns in a different way and allowing them the option to choose what will best help them learn is so important!
