More and more students struggle to sit still in class and distract their learning. I aim to keep my students focused and engaged while still at their desks by providing them with a class set of fidget bands for their chairs, which allow fidgeting and leg movement without taking away from participation and learning. Additional wobble cushions can be added to desk chairs for more movement as well as used throughout the reading classroom for flexible seating options during reading time on the floor. I aim to provide choice for my students in order to meet their individual learning needs.
