Flexible seating allows students to take ownership and have choice in their learning. Sometimes school can be hard work, and we all learn better when we feel comfortable. Taking learning materials to the floor or a table closer to adult support can make a big difference in student confidence and engagement with learning activities. The products that selected will help my students with additional seating options to be utilized throughout the school day. Stools can be easily moved for small group personalized learning. Wobble cushions allow students to wiggle as they tackle a challenging writing assignment or new math concept. The colorful crate of cushions can be easily rearranged for cooperative learning activities and independent reading opportunities. Each of these items will be beneficial for students that just need to get the wiggles out while they learn! I want my classroom be exciting and inviting with multiple seating options to better fit the needs of all my students.
