Research tells us flexible seating promotes a calm, relaxed learning environment. Offering flexible seating empowers students to make positive decisions for themselves. By suppling a variety of seating options, students have opportunities to move, wobble, rock, lean and stand. This increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow, and core strength!
