My students are Academically Intellectually Gifted students within a Title 1 school. We do not have any technology in our classroom. My students will be able to access apps that reinforce skills and enable higher level learning. An iPad helps students who are kinesthetic and visual learners open up the doors of education and individualize their learning experiences. The iPad will become a tool that will help create more authentic learning experiences in the classroom as well as build twenty first century skills that our children need in order to be successful in a quickly evolving technical world. They will use the iPad to create both independent and collaborative projects in order to show true understanding of concepts and higher level thinking skills.
