Many studies show the children who enter kindergarten with early exposure to language and literature develop a love for books and find it easier to learn to read. Your support will give my students a jumpstart towards a successful future and a lifelong love of reading! Learning to read is an essential skill for school. My students were great listeners when I read stories to them at school. They commented on the illustrations, asked brilliant questions about the story characters, and made insightful connections to problems in the story and their own personal experiences. These kids are on fire, and you can help keep that blaze burning with your donation towards books.
