I have been an elementary school teacher for 17 years. After an extremely difficult and disappointing end to this past school year, it became abundantly clear that we HAD to do more to expose our kids to technology and online learning. That being said, we are a Title I school in a very low income area. Many of our students come from homes with no internet or extremely limited technology resources. My hope is to accumulate enough technology resources to better prepare my students coming into 5th grade for what could potentially be more digital/distance learning. These resources will be a HUGE help in giving students more exposure and opportunity for using digital learning tools, such as Google Classroom to enhance there educational experience across all subjects.
