This large colorful and inviting classroom rug that I chose for my classroom will be the heart of our little class. These 2nd graders will be able to all come together on our rug to learn and socialize with each other. I am a first-year teacher so this will be so beneficial in my pursuit to provide a learning environment where the students feel safe, valued, and proud of coming to school every day to learn and share with their peers. This rug will be our spot for morning meetings, new learning from the starboard, and many show and tells, and so much more! This will be such an enrichment for my very first classroom of precious 2nd graders!
