I am privileged to teach future doctors, nurses, police, CSI, and citizen scientists. With your donation to electrophoresis equipment for my biology classroom, students will be able to conduct hands-on experiments with DNA. This opportunity will allow students to visualize the material they are learning, and more importantly it will get them excited about learning science! In my experience, students who are engaged by lab activities do better in science classes as they are able to combine the ideas learned in lecture with the real life application in the lab.

About my class
