This interactive board will help my students with severe special needs have a positive learning experience! A normal whiteboard becomes stale and offers little flexibility to keep our kids focused. With this board, our kids will be able to not only learn but be active participants in that process. Our kids with special needs have almost every decision made for them, but this interactive board will help them be more independent and take control over their own lives by allowing them a way to express themselves, and actively make choices in regards to their own education. Be it by hand, wrist, elbow, and even feet, even our kids with impaired movement will have the same opportunities to be a part of their own learning! Their familiarity with technology in this manner will also help incorporate our kids with special needs into the neurotypical world!
