As a first year elementary teacher, these books will help build my classroom library. To encourage the love for reading, I have chosen books that are popular titles and authors that will be favorites for 4th graders. By donating to my project, you will be putting popular, engaging books into the hands of a child and cultivating a love for reading. I don't believe that there are children that do not like to read, rather children that have not found the right book. This project will expose my students to fiction and non-fiction titles.
