Magnets for Minds is aimed at helping my students to increase their literacy capacity. The goal of this project is to provide the students upon our return to school, with a resource to support them during our word study. This will support them in learning new words and spelling. It will give them hands-on practice as they move the magnetic letters to build words. They can find patterns within the words that will support them in both reading and spelling instruction. As they learn new words, they can further develop their literacy skills.
