The LED TV and Chromebit I am requesting will be mounted in an area of our school visible to all 300 of our K-3 students throughout the day. The TV is one component of a large science mural covering approximately 550 square feet of wall. We will use the TV to enhance the informational text on the mural, to project science lessons, and to live-stream happenings on the 1.25 miles of trails in our 50-acre outdoor classroom. Young children are curious and excited to learn about the natural world around them. By donating to our project, you will not only help our students learn about the natural world of plants, animals, and insects, but you will help inspire them to journey into our 50-acre outdoor classroom for live, hands-on science lessons.
