Please help my class to be able to have access to high-quality picture books in class. These books will be available for students to read themselves, but they will also have the opportunity to listen to me, their teacher, read them. Middle-school students still love to listen to a great book being read to them, and picture books are perfect for this. Read-aloud time is a great time for students to learn to enjoy books. Middle-school students still love to listen to a great book, and many social-emotional lessons and conversations come from reading these books.
