These resources are a collection of books from experts on mental conditioning as well as mindfulness. Many are specifically focused on helping teenagers with mindfulness, mental strength, and overcoming anxiety. Teenagers have many life stressors. Helping them with strategies to overcome stress or to use stress as a positive will help the students know and will help prepare them for successful futures as well. These books will be used as resources for students to help them academically, but they will also help with athletics, fine arts, and all other areas of their lives. Students will be able to use these resources to gain life skills whether it is through the 10-minute mindfulness activities, the 10-minute mental toughness activities, or the resilience activities, the students will be stronger today and in their futures because of the access to these resources.
