You're helping me build a classroom library for budding readers, encouraging their love of reading to grow! I would like our classroom bookshelf to be stocked with quality books to read aloud as a class each day. I would also like several sets of "early readers" so the children feel successful picking up a book and working through it on their own or with a friend. When children are starting out in school, fostering a deep love of reading can make a huge difference in their future education. Silly stories, nursery rhymes, poetry, beautifully illustrated picture books... whatever keeps a child on the edge of their seat, turning pages and excited for the next chapter.

About my class
