Each day, my students and I begin our learning through music. This is to get everyone engaged and excited to learn. Having this rug and using the accompanying app will provide my students with music that is interactive with the animals we are learning about in class. This rug will allow us to learn about alphabet sounds and reading content in a way that excites my students and provides them with content connections they will be able to draw from long after our lessons have ended. This will also give my students a chance to become more familiar with technology, building a positive foundation for future technological understanding.
