I am just starting my teaching career and I want to give my very first class the best learning experience possible. Children respond better when they are in a space where they feel safe. I want my room to be fun, engaging, and offer lots of materials to help my students achieve their educational goals. I hope that when they walk into my classroom for the very first time, they are excited to get going and for the first time EVER, be excited about MATH! I plan to use lots of manipulatives to give my students options in their learning, and colorful posters that better explain the material. I also want to offer flexible seating in my classroom as differentiation and also as a reward. Please help me give them all that they deserve.
