Every day a student shows up, is a day worth celebrating. Our students face so many unique challenges on their road towards success where we celebrate their every step with either a high-five, hug and/or handshake-while giving grace as we champion them. Right now, our students need unique ways to validate and affirm their belonging during this difficult time. Diffusers and coping sensory body socks are tools that our students can use at home to help calm them in times of fear, frustration, and anxiety. These tools are will be useful during our meditation and empathy sessions during Zoom meetings that demonstrate a collective effort to manage our mental health during this difficult time.
