Funding for this project would benefit the majority of all students at the school because I would use the technology in all English classes, and I could use it to benefit the three organizations I lead: National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, and Literary Society. If my project was fully funded, I could have my three classes of around 35 students work in collaborative year-round teams that approach projects, writing assignments, debates, research, publications, artistic creations, feedback/revisions, and communication of all kinds in an advanced, real-word, and timely manner. I could use these class iPads to: - create global social issue video projects that advocate for change and spread awareness - start a class podcast that engages the entire school, community, and surrounding area - create a global partnership with students in other countries to maturely and honestly discuss, share, and embrace the impact of diverse cultures - create interactive writing teams to effectively plan, write, revise, and publish various genres of writing - promote community service projects and organization fundraisers
