All of my students want to participate. These books will make a difference because they will allow the students to read along while being read to and to also use the book for additional assignments associated with the read aloud. This gift will show them the importance of reading and my dedication to them. It is also expected that these kids read for 20 minutes a day, yet most of them don't have books at home to read. My students are poor and cannot afford to purchase books with their own money.
