I plan on using the social studies and reading board games as reinforcement of learning objectives. The items on this list will also allow students to enjoy social interaction while playing the game and earning rewards. These games and folders allow for that "fun" thinking which instills a drive to win and a better outcome in the children's individual retention of the topics we are learning. Any folders purchased will be used for early finishers to practice individually or with a partner at their seat or extra practice in the classroom with the teacher. These activities will also allow students a fun way to help each other through peer support.
